We are settled in a pristine environment at 921 above sea level, located at Taylor’s Bay in the beautiful Snowy Mountains. We use hot air with a difference to roast our beans. Our roasters intake the pristine air, heats the air and then, fan forced into the drum. Therefore, no contamination and soft on the beans during the roasting process.

Precious Assets
At 921, Taylor’s Bay, we are fortunate to have low humidity. Low humidity is the perfect environment for storing green beans and perfect for the roasted beans. The ratio oxygen to nitrogen is in favour of our precious assets.

We store and roast beans from all round the world. Hand selected for their own specific qualities. Our process is a very delicate and hands on approach to ensure we extract the perfect amount of flavour and oil from each batch. Each single origin is treated with the upmost respect.
Each batch of beans we roast is softly nurtured from the hard stone green bean to the plump deep dark brown final product.
